Who is Josh Howard?

Josh is a young FBI agent, on his way to the top. He is being mentored by one of the higher ups of the FBI. As a young boy, his next-door neighbor and best friend was kidnapped and killed. This pushed him towards a career in law enforcement. In today’s world of crooked cops, political unrest, neighbor hating neighbor because of different beliefs, Josh is one of the good guys.
