CONFUSION

When I first signed up with TGIM Digital Publishing I told Eric (my publisher) that I was computer challenged.  I am simply a button pusher.  I don’t know anything about the workings of a computer.  I don’t know or care what a gigabytes is. I don’t want to know how many gigathingies I have, all I want to do is write.

He has been very patient with me during the three years we have collaborated together.  He’ shown me how to use many features, plus he’s had me sign up to things like Twitter, Instagram, etc etc.

He helped me set up a website which I love, because it lets me blog to my hearts content.  Yesterday was a biggie.  He told me how to do something new on my website.  Of course, all I got were error messages.  He advised that I should go to the help desk, he said they were very helpful.

So I sent the help desk an email, telling them that I needed to change the email address on my account.  The address they have for me doesn’t work, so please send instructions on how to change it to my new email address which I furnished.

I then went to Yahoo and attempted to sign on to my email address there.  Got message that this account doesn’t exist.  So I attempted to create a new account, got message that this account already exists.  I went around in circles for a while and finally was able to change my password and miraculously my account was reactivated.

When it pulled up my inbox, there was a note from my website administrator telling me how to change my password.  The message was sent to the emal address that I told them NOT to use.  But anyway, bottom line is I got the deactivated email address activated again, so I had no need to change it.

The changes my publisher wanted me to make to my website have all been done, so now I can relax and enjoy the rest of my weekend.

How do I plan to relax?  Well by writing, of course.  I’m over 100 pages into Hidden Dreams, book #4 in the Dreams Never Lie series.

Book #3, Shattered Dreams is set up to release the ebook on June 23rd, which is my birthday.  This is only the ebook.  The plans call for the release of the soft cover edition on July 5th.

I hope you enjoy Shattered Dreams.  It’s the most puzzling, complex mystery to date.  Lots of murder and mayhem, leaving the FBI agents with no clue.

“I discovered your books through my dad, and fell in love with Josh in the Dreams Are Forever series. You’ve become my favorite author and I’ll never forget actually getting to meet you when you came to Arkansas to promote your books. I haven’t read The Color of Thunder yet, but I can’t wait to dig in. Love you Elsie!” -JAIA
