Labor Day Weekend

I hope everyone is as excited as I am to have a nice three day weekend.  Whatever your plans are, please drive safely, the cops are out in full force, so please be careful.

I am breathing a big sigh of relief.  DREAMS ARE FOREVER is being officially released on Labor day, (9/3/2018).  A few of my sneaky friends have told me that they went to Amazon and even though they saw the 9/3/18 date, they went ahead and tried to order the book anyway.  The orders went through and the books are being shipped.  Actually, one friend advised that she received her copy on Thursday.  Sneaky, sneaky, sneaky.

The next book in the Dreams Never Lie series is Shattered Dreams.  I’ve gotten a good start on it, but last week, my mind suddenly shifted and the plot wants to go in a different direction that I originally planned.  I’ve had a few sleepless nights with my mind going like crazy trying to figure out the new story line.  All my Brooksville friends, don’t worry.  I’m still leaving in the purple and gold school colors, and the “mighty leopards” as the school mascot.  I think I even mentioned Mr. Rogers as the English teacher.

I may just take this weekend off and not write at all until I get the details worked out.  Since I only write on the weekends, it takes a full year to complete a book from start to finish, so I’m figuring probably next August or September for this one to be completed.  I do want you to know that I appreciate your support of my books, and your kind words in the reviews are totally awesome.

My publisher, will be putting more information about the new book on social media, so please be sure to check those posts.  Follow TGIM on Twitter @TGIMPublisher to stay ‘in the know’.

Everyone please have a safe and  happy long holiday weekend.Click to Shop

Some of her fondest memories were swimming at Pine Island in the nearby Gulf of Mexico. Weeki Wachee Springs is where she learned to swim. In the early 1980’s, Elsie and her three children, Katie, Lisa G. and Jes moved to Texas. Shortly after moving to North Central Texas, Elsie met her husband Ronnie on a blind date and after a whirlwind courtship, they married in April 1987. After 34 years, they're still going strong.
